Wedding Day Emergency Kit

So, you think you have it all planned out. You have attended to every detail and put people in charge of every possible situation. Still, little accidents can occur. In case they do, we have come up with a suggestion of a wedding day emergency kit you can put together with relative ease.

1. Sewing kit - with at least white and black thread, needles of 2 sizes. Easier still, have someone bring back the sewing kit they provide travellers in hotels. Those are fairly complete.
2. Wet wipes. Better yet if you can get stain removal wipes.
3. Biscuits or chocolate bars for those hungry pangs.
4. Hair spray.
5. Nail polish and of course, nail remover (non-acetone).
6. Medication if you are prescribed any. Otherwise, pain killers, antacid, lozenges and mints.
7. Baby powder and hand lotion.
8. Shoe polish (get the clear ones, work on all colours) and shoe strings (again white and black).
9. Lighter.
10. A spare pair of spectacles.
11. Two plastic rings (gold or silver - we got this from Four Weddings and a Funeral).
