Stress - Tips on How to Manage It (cont.)
The pressure surrounding you and your fiancé during wedding planning may be intense -
especially from inter-family relations. As a couple, it's important you stay united, and
support each other and make decisions together. You need to stay as a team and stay
strong, to minimize any tension that may arise.
Don't be afraid to ask family and friends for help. I'm sure they will be more than
willing to help. Tell them you need their support. Give them specific tasks, and ask them
for their opinions. You may be surprised, the opinions given can be useful. Keep close
contact with them, and up-date them with the wedding preparations. The more delegating you
do, the less stress you go through.

Very often, money is the main stress factor while planning
the wedding. There is always a limit on how expensive your wedding dress should be, or how
your reception should be because of money. Prioritize. Set a budget for your wedding. If
your parents are helping you pay for the wedding, take your parents' opinion into
consideration - but not forgetting to tell them that you still want to have the final say.
You have to make it clear to them from early on. Put effort in keeping the relationship
happy. Remember, everybody involved only wants the best for you.
Good Luck!
