Surprising Ways
Some time or other you'd better be thinking about how you are going to pop the question.
Cliche as it may sound - time and tide really does not wait for any man. The day will draw
nearer and you will both be caught up in discussing your marriage plans but you will have
yet to pop the question. Now with the movies subtly conditioning our psyche on what is the
most romantic way to propose, thinking about how, where and when to do it will, to say the
least drain you off your creative juices. But does it necessarily have to be creative and
romantic? There must be many schools of thought on the answer to that question. What
constitutes creative or romantic is totally your call and not forgetting your partner's
perception of it.
You do hear of the lucky few that get away with not proposing.
More often than not these are couples that have dated for a long time and while busy
preparing for their wedding day have let that slipped by. Whatever it is, if you subscribe
to the fact that this is going to be a once in a lifetime thing then you have to admit to
yourself that no matter how draining it is on your brain cells, thinking of the best way
to propose - it is something you are - dare we say - obligated to do for her.
