wedding?
Really, what's a truly Malaysian wedding?
Don't worry guys,... I am not going to tackle some sensitive issue here or go into a
debate about it all. I want to say this - Where else in this world do you get invited to a
Chinese wedding dinner that serves halal food, where would you find a Chinese doing
'rewang' with a Malay family, have a Hindu wedding with your Buddhist and Muslim friends
attend? If you ask me - really, not many places. We live in a place where our culture is
so rich that we sometimes take these for granted. A truly Malaysian wedding if you ask me
is one - regardless of race or religion - people of different background come celebrate
with you.
