Director Luc Besson (The
Professional, The Fifth Element, The
Messenger: The Story Of Joan Of Arc), will be teaming up with Jet
Li (Lethal Weapon 4, Romeo Must Die), Chinese martial arts star, to
produce a movie combining the elements of Besson's 'The Professional'
and Li's 'Fist Of Legend'.
The rumour is that Li proposed the idea to Besson and the filmmaker
was so excited about it that he is even investing his own money in the
film. Corey Yuen (Lethal Weapon 4, Romeo
Must Die) has been roped in to direct the action scenes.
Production is due to start in the next few months.
